Oh wait, this is really good. Yeah I waited until 2023 to try avocado toast for the first time. I’m not a fad-follower and it never seemed like the most appealing thing on the menu. Surprise! It’s amazing. My quick-and-lazy homemade version is just avocado and Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel seasoning. Also, Happy Mother’s Day!
