Every cell hurt this morning. Yesterday was a ridiculously long work-travel day, after an exhausting week in New York, topped with a COVID booster in the afternoon. My head was in a vice when the alarm went off at 4:15 and my body felt like the flu. It was 35 degrees outside. But it’s full moon day! Can’t skip. With Advil, coffee and hand warmers, I got myself out there. The full supermoon was so bright, it lit the trail. It wasn’t my fastest run, but I did the whole seven-mile route and it felt really good. There’s no better reset for the mind, body and soul. 🙏
