“Five Stars Barb walks into the One Star Bar…“ Actually nope, I won’t walk into this bar despite its great name and cheeky website – but I’m tickled that it exists across the street from my hotel. The bar has 4.3 stars on Yelp, exceeding expectations. The Hyatt Place Chelsea also overdelivered, with a five-star view on the 37th floor.
