Susan leaving Minnesota

I’m making this about me. This is the end of an era and I am bummed! Susan was my tether to Minneapolis-St. Paul – my adopted hometown – while I bounced back and forth. Her home was my soft landing, equipped with coffee, cuddly animals, TV nights and puzzles. We’ve been going to Edina Grill for weekend breakfast for at least 15 years (more?) and Charlie’s on Prior for dinner for the last five. What am I supposed to do now?

Once I’ve worked through the loss of Susan-in-Minnesota, I will try to embrace Susan-in-Alaska.
