Yoga with Adriene

I say NO to Power Yoga. That was another era. Now I go for stretchy, restorative yoga. Adriene and Benji have been my YouTube go-to for years. There’s library of videos for a range of energy and fitness levels, here are a few of my favorites:

  1. Runner’s Yoga: Slow and deep mat stretches ending with a pillow (30 min).

  2. Flow Series: 30-day yoga journey. (But take your time!)

  3. Flow Day 25 – Action: A bit more movement and energy (24 min).

  4. Deepen & Flow: Full length flow session (50 min).

  5. Morning Hip Release: Easy and soothing for my sore psoas (15 min).
